The Quincy Department of Public Works has the lead in implementing the Broad Meadow Salt Marsh Restoration Project. The city?s engineering department is moving forward with the preliminary design of a multiple-use project incorporating extensive restoration of dredge-spoil-filled salt marshes. The USEPA, NRCS, NMFS, USDOT and USACE are providing technical assistance to this WRBP Project. The city has committed some funding and technical and financial support may be available under the USACE Section 1135 Program.
