The Argilla Road Salt Marsh Restoration Project was formerly titled the ?Castle Hill Salt Marsh Restoration Project?. Open water fisheries habitat will be maximized by the installation of a new culvert system. The USEPA, NRCS and USACE are providing technical assistance under the umbrella of the WRBP. Final design plans have been completed. The town of Ipswich and the Fish America Foundation have provided partial funding. Currently, the project is advancing through federal and state permit review.
