The Narragansett Bay Program is conducting an investigation into improving tidal flushing and reducing erosion in Allins Cove in Barrington. The cove has previously been used for dredged material disposal by the USACE. Currently, there is an investigation into the possibility of a Section 1135 project being conducted at this site by the USACE.
